I can't decide...
Inspirational or exploitative? I will say it's a nice change from the typical shame tactics that fitness companies use.
Edit: I do find the kid charming, and I think, even if it's a scheme to sell shoes, it has the potential to send a positive message to other obese kids watching TV.
